So I haven't posted anything in aaages (probably since august/september) and I just wanted to let everyone know that it's because I started uni and I'm not gunna lie...the okami cross stitch is in my wardrobe at uni probably collecting dust from the past three months.

However I do want to start up doing that soon and I've also been interested in crocheting since I think it's a lot more creative than knitting (yes I knit although I haven't in a while) and I've got potential things I wanna try when I learn the skill.

Obviously I'll post photos when I eventually make them but that may not happen for a while since exams are coming up but here's hoping it'll get started

1. Sitting in pyjamas all day (because its comfy )
2. Cross stitching in pyjamas.
3. Listening to Dirty Dancing soundtrack (album of the week for me)
4. Watching Minecraft let's plays (yes I'm that nerdy)
5. Hanging out with my boyfriend and watching Big Bang Theory.

...Actually about TBBT, I wrote the full song in one of my exams because a) I could b) it kinda fit in with the question and c) the exam wasn't important...for those of you that know what it is, it was General Studies.

Today I went to buy a 29x23in aida cloth and lots of black thread to outline Ammy and the sun to get it started off. Will post pictures as it gets done in stages

This will be my own personal summer/ ongoing project.

I love Okami. Beautifully drawn game and has a great storyline and I think its a one of a kind sort of game.
I also love cross stitching (you may see what's coming next).

Now I'm thinking of cross stitch Amaterasu. Not just a simplified 8-bit sort of image either, I mean a big project that is as detailed as a cross stitch can be and can be framed and put on my wall. I have the image I want to use, I just need to get the supplies and a big enough aida cloth to work on
